The Pinewood Store & Kitchen has been at the heart of Pinewood since the 1920s. A vintage gas station/grocery store, the McCormick family has added a farm-to-kitchen cafe that serves downhome country foods – burgers, pizzas, stews, biscuits, etc. – with the addition of gluten-free and vegan options. (Yep, now all of you with food allergies and gluten/dairy sensitive folks have a place to eat out!) And, the best part? Everything is deeeelicious!!!

Mee Tracy McCormick (Shawty), a real-food wellness chef, and her husband, local rancher/farmer, Lee McCormick combine their talents to offer farm-raised meat, eggs, and veggies prepared with no additives, easily digestible oils, and “supah dupah” flavor.

The menu changes daily depending on what’s brought in from the fields so you folks can eat fresh local food at affordable prices. So come on down y’all and see what Shawty’s got cookin’ for you today. And if you’re lucky, she just may dance around the kitchen for ya.
